In Lincoln we run kids martial arts classes suitable from 5 plus
Our ELITE classes are suitable for OLDER kids ages 13-18.
We teach a mixture of Modern Sport Taekwondo and Traditional Taekwondo.
Our goal is simple: To teach Taekwondo skills and discipline to ensure kids stay confident and bully proof.
Typical lessons involve a high amount of exercise, kicking drills, punching drills, self defence, stretching and sparring.
All lessons are fun, yet conducted in a disciplined way to ensure respect is learnt.
